A few years ago Board Meeting Surfboards was born almost by accident. It all started when Xavier Lanier, a long time surfer and carpenter wanted to build a board out of redwood. Having never built a wooden board before, he wanted to practice on balsa. Since then he has combined more than 30 years of surfing and carpentry experience to build these beautiful, durable and functional surfboards. The name reflects our clients' and our own attitudes towards surfing.
